SafeAreasParis.com: Expansion to Greater Paris with 2025 Police Data

SafeAreasParis has released a major update: the map now includes 142 territorial units, combining the 20 arrondissements with 122 surrounding communes. The Crime Level index is recalculated using the full SSMSI police dataset for 2025, applying the same weighted‑severity methodology and area‑based normalization.

This expansion reflects the real geography of how people search for safety information — not only within Paris proper but across the adjacent communes. Full analytical explanation: https://substack.com/home/post/p-213188680
